In 2017, to celebrate the centenary of the Co-operative Party, Principle5 decided to publish a special edition of the Sheffield Co-operator, and I served as editor. The Sheffield Co-operator was originally published by The Sheffield Co-operative Party as a monthly newspaper from May 1922 to July 1939. It had a guaranteed circulation of 30,000 copies each month. Each issue carried adverts from Co-operative Societies and notices from Cooperative organisations.
